1 Year Device Warranty
At PMD® Beauty we believe very strongly in product quality and in our quality assurance processes. Every tool is subjected to rigorous inspection and test procedures to ensure it meets our perfectly calibrated specifications. Defective product
is extremely rare. We do, however, examine returned products to help us identify product and process improvements.
All PMD Beauty devices come with a 1 year limited warranty covering any manufacturer defect-related problems resulting from everyday use of the product. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from use with a voltage converter. Voltage
converters or plug adapters do not guarantee voltage compatibility. We sell a US & Canada PMD and an International PMD to eliminate these concerns.
5 Year Extended Warranty
PMD Beauty now offers a 5 year extended warranty that can be added at checkout (any device product page) or after purchasing by calling 1-888-445-4532. This 5 year extended warranty starts the date of purchase and covers any manufacturer defect-related
problems resulting from everyday use of the product. Feel confident using PMD Beauty tools with this extended warranty.

Subscribe & Save Limited Lifetime Warranty
PMD Beauty offers a limited lifetime warranty on all PMD Beauty devices when a customer is signed up for subscriptions (subscribe & save) of PMD Replacement Discs and/or PMD skin care. This means as long as you are getting subscriptions
of PMD products, you will have the confidence that no matter what, your PMD Beauty device will be covered.
